During the life of AYA, monitoring and evaluation remained integral and ongoing — regularly assessing and reporting on progress toward achievement of program goals and objectives.  AYA's M&E Plan includes—
  •  a conceptual framework that provides a basis for the interrelationship of program
      components to achieve impact
  •  a strategy paper which describes AYA's M&E mandate and approach
  •  results and component frameworks which lay out goals, objectives, intermediate
      results and indicators
  •  guidelines in support of dissemination, communication and M&E processes
  •  a range of formats used by AYA country offfices to track program progress based
     on indicators and targets
